Upstate Spray Foam Insulation (USFI) is looking for Heat Pump Technicians! In Spring 2023 we added Heat Pump Sales and Service to our business, and it has taken off like a rocket ship! We install industry-leading MITSUBISHI Heat Pumps and provide our customers with all the rebates/incentives that come with it! The demand is high, and we aim to expand our team to fulfill our customers' needs!
We are searching for applicants who consider themselves go-getters. The ideal applicant should be dependable, ambitious, have a positive mindset, and have at least two years HVAC related experience. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The job would require a daily commute to our West Winfield (NY) location.

Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Removing old systems/installing new systems
- Performing routine maintenance i.e., Clean and tune
- Communicating well with customers
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Meeting local HVAC codes
- Proficiency with propane, oil, and natural gas systems a plus!
- Crawling and working in confined spaces.
- Pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, and kneeling.
- Use Hand Tools and Power Tools.
Applicants must have:
- 2 Years minimum HVAC experience
- VALID driver’s license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
